Between October 22–24, 2025, our research team proudly participated in the International Conference InnoComp 2025, held on-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
This year’s edition brought together experts, researchers, and industry professionals from across Europe to discuss innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
We are honored that HOLISUN was part of the organizing committee, actively contributing to the success of the event. Our colleagues Laura Andreica, Daniela Delinschi, and Oliviu Matei represented our team by presenting several high-impact scientific papers covering innovative and highly relevant topics.
Scientific Contributions Presented:
- Cultivating Sustainable Data: Challenges and Directions in Digital Agriculture
- Modeling Regional Smart Specialization via Value Chains: A Stochastic Approach Using Markov Chains for Smart Development Planning
- Analysis of economic proximity contagion and regional level using eignevectors
- Distributed Learning for Next-Gen Recommender Systems: A survey
- Innovative Medical Image Analyzer - iMIA tested on COVID-19 images
- Forecasting Higher Education Trends Using Multi-Output Random Forest Regression and Regional Economic Weighting: A Case Study Based on Romania
These research papers are the result of ongoing work developed within our major projects: TROCI, GenDeg, REPLACER, and NetZeRoCities. Their presentation at InnoComp 2025 reflects our continuous dedication to research excellence, innovation, and the development of practical solutions for societal challenges.
Our participation in the conference facilitated valuable discussions, strengthened international collaborations, and opened up new opportunities for joint research and development. We remain committed to continuing our contribution to scientific progress and are already preparing for future conferences and publications.
