Title: Digital Skills and Professional Future Acronym
The purpose of the project is to increase the access to and participation in continuous digital vocational training of at least 601 employed persons from the North-West Region of Romania, through training programmes designed to develop the digital competences of employees, in order to respond to the updated needs of the labour market in the context of rapid technological evolution.
Objectives:
- Carrying out an analysis of the digital skills needs on the labour market in the North-West Region, in order to identify the real demand for vocational training in digital competences correlated with employers' requirements across four economic sectors (furniture manufacturing, retail trade, hotels, restaurants);
- Increasing the interest in participating in continuous digital vocational training (FPC) for at least 601 employed persons from the North-West Region, through an awareness campaign and an individual assessment of digital competence levels and training needs;
- Increasing access to and participation in digital FPC programmes for at least 601 employees, through 9 types of digital training courses (including specialisation courses recognised by the Ministry of Labour), with a minimum of 547 participants (91%) obtaining nationally recognised certificates.

Holisun SRL
Holisun's role in the project:
Holisun SRL participates as Partner, contributing with its experience as an authorised continuous vocational training provider and its expertise in managing EU-funded projects in the digital field. Holisun is responsible for delivering vocational training programmes for a significant share of the project's target group, leveraging its 20+ years of experience in IT services and its track record in implementing non-reimbursable funded projects.
Holisun's specific activities: o Recruitment, information and registration of target group participants from the North-West Region; o Initial evaluation of digital competences and identification of individual training needs; o Organisation and delivery of 9 groups of digital training courses, including 3 specialisation courses recognised by the Ministry of Labour (MMSS) and 6 courses on digital competences and personal data protection; o Implementation of horizontal principles (equal opportunities, non-discrimination, accessibility for persons with disabilities) and DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle; o Project co-management through dedicated project coordinator and financial responsible.
Holisun's indicators and targets:
- 241 employed persons trained by Holisun (out of the project's total of 601 participants);
- 184 persons (over 30% of Holisun's trainees) enrolled in MMSS-recognised specialisation courses, exceeding the requirements of the PEO Specific Conditions Guide;
- 3 specialisation course groups (180 hours each, max. 28 persons/group), recognised by MMSS:
- "Data entry, processing and validation operator" – 1 group
- "Information Security Manager" – 1 group
- "IT Systems Programmer" – 1 group
- 3 groups (84 persons total, 90 hours each) – "Digital Competence, Internet Safety and Cybersecurity" – common competences course recognised by MMSS;
- 3 groups (73 persons total, 30 hours each) – "Personal Data Protection and Confidentiality in Digital Environments" – non-accredited workshop;
- Contribution to the project's overall result indicator 5SR01: participants completing training with certification (target: 547 persons / 91% of total).
